Evolve Integrative Care and The Cultural Lounge invite you to a free community holistic health symposium: Mind, Body & Spirit: Your Health Depends on It! Moderated by Austin's Food Justice Advocate Dominique Bowman, a panel of distinguished health & wellness professionals will address important health issues and the impact of the mind, body, and spirit connection on your health in our current complex society.
The event will begin with a mix and mingle serving healthful refreshments from 6:30 pm to 6:55 pm. This will immediately be followed by a panel discussion from 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm. We would greatly appreciate prompt arrivals, as the event will begin on time.
